Winter depression is the worst. I have been exercising and it’s helping.

I hear you. So far I haven't started dipping but I too am trying to sweat it out to get some endorphins up and cortisol down. Thanks for sharing and listening!

how are bipolar meds supposed to feel? Should the depression phases keep coming?

Thank you so much for watching this episode! Because everyone's symptoms, experiences, and medication treatment plans are vastly different, is it impossible to know how medications will affect/help each of us. It would be so much easier if there was one dose, of one medication, that worked for all! Our very best advice would be to keep in constant communication with your healthcare professional. The goal/hope of taking medication is always to stabilize and/or help to improve our moods. There are different medications that can work to help manage bipolar symptoms - sometimes it takes time to find what works best! Don't ever lose hope! Wishing you all the very best on your mental health journey!
