I love the Rose Rhythm. When I began watching I was expecting a typical scene of a highly skilled kit player trying to play in style to African rhythm and failing. (Eg Ginger Baker’s boring solo following Toni Allen’s brilliant one in the Africa 70.) However this guy really nails it and stays in with the sabba feel. Final part is one of my favourite sabba grooves.
