Running off of almost no sleep, caffeine, and a few chips, remembering this video I think I just solved some of the holes! They mention the theories as two separate answers, but what if, they AREN'T separate answers at all? What if they're one in the same? What if, Elizabeth was manipulating Vanny/Vanessa to go after Gregory after finding out Gregory was her younger brother who she missed a lot and that Gregory was just acting out of instincts to run or hide when someone is targeting/going after him? I don't know about you, but it seems very possible to me.
I typed this on the wrong part. I also wasn't specific. You see from the way C.B talks about the incident with Elizabeth I kinda figure there's like another mode of C.B or another ghost possessing her.

But C.B. is apparently supposed to be another upgraded version of Henry Emily's creations of his daughter Charlie. So going with the book version of all that the animatronic Charlies' that Henry created, that is a very possible theory. The other mode could simply be the AI system that Henry programed to be 'Charlie'. When Elizabeth took possession over C.B. it could be very well that the 'Charlie AI' interferes or is still a strong presence along side Elizabeth herself.
@@rezer_soki7659 ok, so, with this new information(to me) I have another theory that could cause my first theory to be correct(though being honest this just popped up in my head, wasn't even trying to create another theory) what if the 'Charlie' code, after being in Circus Baby, who already had been programmed to kill, and was being possessed by Elizabeth who wanted to do ANYTHING to make her father proud, was then overridden by the original program to kill after being weakened by the presence of a DAUGHTER who would do anything for their FATHER? Just like Charlie's father Henry would do anything for his daughter. This would make the Charlie programming easy to delete. But since it was already to deeply installed in the animatronic it was only corrupted, not deleted. Thus, creating a new programming. And since the original programming had already transferred all of its programming into the now corrupt 'Charlie' programming it became somewhat peaceful. Of course it was still a violent as it couldn't get rid of ALL of its original programming, or it would be deleted, but it got rid of enough that it could be considered a sort of 'neutral' grounding, so to speak.

Casuing it to most likely fuse and corrupt the 'Charlie AI' that could possibly be installed into CB, creating a neutral entity along side Elizabeth's soul?

There's one key point that Gregory ISNT a robot. He was meant to bleed. In the beginning of the game, where Gregory is in the maintenance tunnels, where Freddy takes him into the medical station, back in the development of the game, he was meant to bleed, that's why Freddy took him into the medical station, but now they removed it, idk why, because it's already rated teen, and a little blood would be fine, but whatever. I never believed Gregory was a robot or cc. But I still do believe that Michael posseses Freddy tho. Thanks for reading!
