I am Dortmund fan for 16 years. I was dealing badly with the final game last season until a month ago tbh. Terzic is very mid in the league too. But context needs to be applied to last sesaon too.

A Man U fan was waiting with his phone at the ready for filming, for Jamie Carragher to drive alongside him, to taunt him about Liverpool’s loss to MU that day. In that car was the man’s 14 year old daughter sitting in the front passenger seat. As Carragher drew alongside, the man blew his horn to get his attention, all the while saying 2-1etc. As Carragher winds his window down, the man’s daughter can be heard telling her father to stop. He ignores her, continues the taunting, at which time Carragher spat through the window at the man. The girl can be heard saying she was hit and ‘now will you stop?’ The man gleefully asks where she was struck, followed by ‘Ooh, ooh Jamie Carragher spat on my daughter’. The man claims his car was at a standstill, with the engine running. This was disputed but the fact the engine was running and he was simultaneously using a phone, got him fined by the police. The man posted the video that very same afternoon. Both parents expressing their outrage. Carragher publicly apologized unreservedly and called the family that evening (the child immediately accepted his apology) and the following day also to apologize. Carragher called on fans to stop the hate aimed at the family. The family in turn publicly accepted his apology and asked for him not to be charged or be dismissed from his job. Jamie Carragher never once blamed the man, and has always maintained that his actions were disgusting and inexcusable with which l agree completely. However l see one person minding his business and another going out of his way to harass another for views on social media, all the while breaking the law and putting his child in harm’s way. He never expressed outrage when the child said she was spat on. It seems to me, in this whole unsavoury affair, the only one acting with maturity is the 14 year old girl.
