Ugh. I feel you. My middle finger nails are always getting chipped and damaged and then I have to shorten the others to match. Yours are still beautiful though! Thanks!
Beautiful! Your nails, cuticles and fingertips look amazing! They're probably the most beautiful I've seen after watching numerous other YT nail videos! All nail YT'ers should take note that this is how you properly prepare nails! I love the transformation and wish mine weren't so brittle. Thanks for sharing!
Omg I know exactly what you mean when you were talking about how weird it feels when your fingertips are touching stuff after having long nails for such a long time😂😂😂 I thought I was the only one! Love your short nails- lovely shape and design!! My nails were super long and I also neglected them, of course they started breaking and I had to cut them all right down...it was heart breaking but necessary 😔 I can't wait for them to grow back.
It’s so nice to watch your videos because you clearly are professional and know what you’re talking about. It’s also suuuuper helpful and informative and at nearly every single step there is another video that we can watch if we want to see how to do it in depth. Love your channel so much!!!
I'm just trying longer nails for the first time in years. So far the only problem is typing. lol. I love what you've done to your nails here. They are beautiful. I'd love to get a few of those brushes and that glitter! Maybe soon and a little at a time. Hope you're having a wonderful weekend. 💖💖💖
As a former manicurist, square or squoval nail shapes are a typist's best bets for speed. I can type about 65 words per minute with nails about an inch past my fingertip IF they are square or squoval. Stiletto, extreme ballerina/coffin or almond slow me down significantly because they don't have enough contact with the keys at the tips to keep them from sliding around on the keys. I can only type about half as fast with pointy nail shapes.
Hello Natasha. I love your short nails it looks more elegant. FYI I learnt a lot from your earlier videos so thank you and hope you will do more insights
I cut my nails back this month and immediately I felt regret, but now that it has been a few weeks, I am enjoying them being shorter. Typing is a lot easier! :D
Your videos are always so perfectly explained. It makes it awesome when trying to follow along. I LOVE this length and that nude color is gorgeous. Reminds me a bit of OPI Bubble Bath. 😍😍😍
Such a weird feeling to touch things on the very tip of my fingers! My nails are quite long and like you, I put something over the top. I keep thinking I should cut them short to do clear tip designs but I'm never brave enough to do it! Yours are gorgeous. Well done.
They're lovely. I definitely feel you on how odd it is to go from long to short. My nails are super short right now (work reasons) and I feel so awkward without long nails. I also can't even wear clear polish, let alone blingy goodness, at the moment, blah.
I'm glad to see more ladies embracing the shorter nails look lately, as I can't do long nails at all (I'm a nurse, plus clumsy) I'm longing to order your entire glitter collection (soon it will be MINE!) lol
Natasha I love your videos .... they are so informative; with great ideas and techniques, and you are so lovely and funny!!! Your voice is so relaxing - hoping for a go at an ASMR in the future sometime 🙈 Keep it up and wishing you every success with you product line ❤️
You are the expert I love it I only use regular old nail polish for years and I use a garlic base coat and cvv strengthened I noticed my nails dont break too bad so I guess I am blessed with strong nails
I love them!!!! I am a slightly deranged amateur cook, and I bake bread all the time, so I keep my nails short. They are not as long as your nails are now, actually. I just can't bring myself to wear gloves all the time when I'm cooking. So, I am looking forward to your nail designs! I bought some of your products, and I love your nail files. I bought the one you recommend for natural nails, and it's perfect. For some reason, the glass nail files make my nails split. I don't have splitting problems, EVER, unless I use a glass file. Go figure. I'm interested in the gel product you used, because I'd like to give my nails a bit of strengthening, not an extension, but a bit of strengthening. I have a structure gel, but I don't know how to get the best use out of it. Oh, here in the USA, there were no links in the upper right corner at all. Not one. Maybe it's some weird RUclips thing? Anyway, thought you should know.
Stunning! It will be nice to see some videos with short nails for those of us with short nails. Quick question. When I push back my cuticles I don't get much if any white fluff come off. Is that something I should be worried about? I'm 25, I maintain my cuticles with homemade oil and push them back every week to two weeks. (There's literally no decent nail techs in my area, I've looked.)
I always have short nails. It started because I had weak splitting nails, but as I found products that let me grow them out, to an extent anyways, I clip them short as soon as I get the strange feeling of losing being able to feel things on my finger tips. It's funny, since its the reverse of what you described when you shortened yours. I guess we all just get used to our own "normal" 🤔🤗💜
I hear you on long to short . Have mine long for couple of years and decided to go shorter for a change. Funny thing is forgot how to do anything with short nails lol. But forgot how nice they look short also. Love your videos by the way.
Very pretty, light and a versatile look! I would also like to see these with a Rose Gold glitter! I would wear that most of the time lol. If it's not too personal, if you were back in your salon, how much would you charge for this manicure, if a person came in with short, natural nails? I always worry about budgeting for these things, and not getting overcharged!
I trimmed my nails short for the new year too. Just felt like the right time for a fresh start. :-) Looking forward to learning more about the builder gel you used for your natural nail overlay. How well does it soak off? Will it hold its shape if you need to pinch a nail? Thanks! And I found your nail shaping tips for the free edge VERY helpful. I tried it myself and loved the results!
Your nails are fantastic, either way! I would like to know which gel you used! It is very easy to apply and it gives a fine natural finish on the nails! And as I see by reading the comments, other people have asked the same thing but haven't got an answer! Please, tell us!!!
Did my nails last week, noticed that half my thumb was lifting... filed it off all of it so I could make a new one. Geez, that breif time I was "nailless" on my thumb felt really weird.
I have seen the video where you make your cuticle oil - that's pretty neat! Where do we find the, I presume empy, oil pen-brush? I like the shorter nails on you, especially with this nail art. It is so appropriate for Winter snowy weather.
Also question, do you have any advice on how to care for a nail break below the free edge of the nail, I have two right now that are cracked right in the middle of my pointer and middle fingers on my dominant hand, the break is two low for me to just cut off the nail that's free and the cracks aren't clean across its just in the middle of my nails
Love your short nails. But they are about the same length of my long nails, lol. I keep my nails natural and find that when I grow them out to about your short length, they start to curl in on the sides. Is there anything that can help with that and still keep the nails natural?
Just sounds like you have a naturally strong C curve. I have the same issue with three of my nails. Shaping your nails into a coffin or almond shape can help conceal it. :)
I think it looks very nice and such a classy length! I shortened my extra long nails a couple of weeks ago too 😊
They are soooo beautiful Nat, the shorter nails really suit u too and yes, the Sirius is a gorgeous holo glitter. Much love hunni xxx
--- Whatever length your nails are, I'm just glad that your videos are back! :)
Ugh. I feel you. My middle finger nails are always getting chipped and damaged and then I have to shorten the others to match. Yours are still beautiful though! Thanks!
Thank you ♥️
Oooh... loving your new shorter nails... and that sparkle is unreal... very beautiful xx
They look like natural nails and are so elegant but fun. To me they are long nails! I love them.
Definitely my version of "wow, long nails."
Beautiful! Your nails, cuticles and fingertips look amazing! They're probably the most beautiful I've seen after watching numerous other YT nail videos! All nail YT'ers should take note that this is how you properly prepare nails! I love the transformation and wish mine weren't so brittle. Thanks for sharing!
Nice to see you back, hope things have settled down for you
I love them shorter they're so pretty! I love the glitter effect also! Bravo!! 👏
Love these! These are my ideal length. I never like to get longer than this length.
I think they look so much better. So elegant and pretty. 💅🏼
Omg I know exactly what you mean when you were talking about how weird it feels when your fingertips are touching stuff after having long nails for such a long time😂😂😂 I thought I was the only one!

I like your short nails! It just means more nail art ideas
That's what I was thinking, I've had them super long for about 3 years so now I can offer some extra ideas for long and short nails ♥️

Beautiful. A very clean look. Can wait for your next video.
Hello Natasha. I love your short nails it looks more elegant. FYI I learnt a lot from your earlier videos so thank you and hope you will do more insights
ugh such perfect natural nails, can't wait for mine to grow out & hopefully look like this. 😍
Beautiful. Short nails look good
What a lovely set of glittery nail's thank you for sharing they really are so pretty 💜💅💜
I cut my nails back this month and immediately I felt regret, but now that it has been a few weeks, I am enjoying them being shorter. Typing is a lot easier! :D
Ive never gone my nails before but your videos are just so relaxing
I just cut mine about the same length from the length yours was! It felt so weird, but I too had broken my middle nail 😆
Welcome back!!!😍😍😍
Your videos are always so perfectly explained. It makes it awesome when trying to follow along. I LOVE this length and that nude color is gorgeous. Reminds me a bit of OPI Bubble Bath. 😍😍😍
I love your shorter nails and the glitter😀. I did something very similar on my daughter's nails. I love this look😊
Super gorgeous nails and amazing video.

Thank you Gwyneth ♥️
I've missed your nail videos Tasha 💕💕💕
So BEAUTIFUL ♡

cute manicure and glad to see your videos in 2019 😉
Short! Hahaha! I've never had nails that long, even with hard gel on! Beautiful xxxxx
Beautiful glitter nails. I love the length that is the length I want.
Beautiful!!
Amazing I love it 😍❤️
Lovely!

How in gods green earth have I not found you before now! New subscriber and I can’t wait to make an order 🖤💅🏽🖤
I love how they look! And also I can relate with that feeling of you fingertips touching everything because of how short the nails are😂
Your amazing as always and your nails are beautiful xx

Loove them!!!
Pretty!
I'm glad you mentioned those little black lines, I was worried about mine. 😁
So pretty I love it

Amazing love ur videos ♥️
Short. Your hands are still beautiful. People will know you live a practical life too. 💝
I hear you on long to short . Have mine long for couple of years and decided to go shorter for a change. Funny thing is forgot how to do anything with short nails lol. But forgot how nice they look short also. Love your videos by the way.
I like the shorter length! But are your nails healty? I saw the nail bed soooo red before applying the gel...

I'll be looking forward to nail art on shorter nails that I might actually be able to replicate on my nubs
Wow! Love the new look 👌🏻 but how did you manage to keep your hyponychium in check with such long nails?! 😱 mine is over growing like crazy 😅
Your nails are fantastic, either way! I would like to know which gel you used! It is very easy to apply and it gives a fine natural finish on the nails! And as I see by reading the comments, other people have asked the same thing but haven't got an answer! Please, tell us!!!
Wow. Wish i could try your brand😍
I had to cut my nails down recently, due to my middle nail breaking. Your nails are beautiful long and short 😊
Thank you darling ♥️
My middle nail broke the other day too! 😢😘
El Brooks Short nails unite I guess 😄🙌🏼
@@Molly-kv5si Yes! Yay!
They turned out fabulous!😍 What type of gel did you use to extend/overlay your nails
Love your channel!!!
Thank you ♥️
I hope this is vision gel 😍
Very pretty
Natasha, please can you tell me where you get your plastic backed pads from, I'm obsessed with finding these. 💖
The link to them is in the description ♥️
Love your nail x
Did my nails last week, noticed that half my thumb was lifting... filed it off all of it so I could make a new one. Geez, that breif time I was "nailless" on my thumb felt really weird.
I have literally taken mine down today and now I see this 💙💙💙💙💙
Love them love the length to its the length I keep my right hand left is just a little longer Lol.
I think they are a great length
I shortened my nails yesterday wow!
Your voice is so calming. It kinda sounds like a flight attendant 😂
Lovely 🌷🌼
Very nice x
Question: what’s your take on dip powders (if used on yourself only)?
Ι much prefer them!
I have seen the video where you make your cuticle oil - that's pretty neat! Where do we find the, I presume empy, oil pen-brush? I like the shorter nails on you, especially with this nail art. It is so appropriate for Winter snowy weather.
They are made for watercolor painting. I got mine from a dollar store equivalent
@@cynthiaaitnys4569 Thank you. I'll look for them next time I go.
I hope you keep them short so we can see short nail tutorials.
HOLO!!!

I don't know if I could take my nails down that short again. That is a major transformation and beautiful
Hi!
Clearly we have very different definitions of short
tv control???
Will have to get used to the new look, the short nails on you. However it is something pretty look.
So since this isn't live why the fuss?
Those are short?????
Love your short nails. But they are about the same length of my long nails, lol. I keep my nails natural and find that when I grow them out to about your short length, they start to curl in on the sides. Is there anything that can help with that and still keep the nails natural?
Cuticle oil. Sounds like they're drying out. If you use acetone for removal of whatever you have on top, this will dry them out. xx
Just sounds like you have a naturally strong C curve. I have the same issue with three of my nails. Shaping your nails into a coffin or almond shape can help conceal it. :)
R.I.P. to your nails
Mortifying means to be embarrassing so how can your nails look mortifying?
