So my dad and I are installing my 52" curved light bar on my 4 runner using the Cali raised brackets. But turns out I he 7/16 drill bit was to big. So we down size to smaller drill bit, good thing it was first hole.
I know you can just run the wire down the pillar but id like to know how to connect the wire to the light bar and to the power and install the switch. (Just a lady trying to install things myself so i don't get jipped at the shops)

Do you offer one for an FJ Cruiser? Looking into the Prinsu roof rack system and it appears that these are limited to 43" max light bars and considering an alternate mount system to allow for the 50/52" dual light bar.
Triton659 hello, the wires are run down in the gap along the windshield and the black cowling piece. They fit inside that gap and you can’t even see them. Makes for a super clean install!
@@memeboi4173 I can't wait for his answer so what I did is to force the rivet nut and the rivet nut tool. Make sure to angle it towards you {almost straight up}to avoid hitting the structure frame steel. Made few scratches though.

Bro f this, i just did it and 7/16 is not the size to go with. It left the holes too big and the bracket is super lose, if your doing this i would suggest to weld the screw tabs in.
I had that problem too. But luckily when my dad and I drilled it, it was on first hole. We ended up using 27/64 drill bit. Also as I discovered in this video, you need a rivet tool.
Really disappointed in your product. Install instructions are not in the shipping box and this video doesnt describe the size of the nut insert so i can purchase the correct tool to install them. Caliraised is dropping the ball here! Maybe you should redo this vid to include this info. I think its pretty rediculouse that you guys didnt cover the insert tool and nut sizes in the intro when describing the tools needed for install. Not very well thought out sir!
Looks nice and all, but expected to see how you did the wiring, as in running it and where the switch was put.
We run the wires along the A Pillar. They tuck in and we use a bit of silicon to hold it in. Our kit we all comes with the switch and all the wiring.

The brackets might not be the same as they were in this video that was made 6 years ago.
I’m curious on how you routed the wires will be doing something similar to it soon
Me too
@@DELTA-CYPRESS i believe he tucked it into the trim between the windshield and pillar
Do you have a video of where you run the wire? Not how to wire it, but where the wire gets in to the cab?
Does these brackets come with all the nessecary hardware?

Whats the name of the tool you used to insert the nuts
I have this on my son's truck and looking help is there another way to mount the wind noise and harmonic hums are just to much is an understament.
Unfortunately thats just the downside of having a large lightbar in the open!
Anyway to get rid of the wind noise generated in the cab from the mounts moving the weather stripping?
it is really that bad? interested in buying one of these mounts.
what size are the nutserts used in the door jams?
I was wondering the same thing
I went and bought a riv nut gun and its way too small
I don't want to spend another $75 on the wrong rivnut gun again.
It's an m8 nutsert

What do you suggest if when you try to take the mounts off the nutzerts spin. The bolts dig into the nutzerts then the nutzerts break loose.

What tool is that you use to put the nuts in?
That specific tool is a nutzert!
Super late lol does Cali Raised LED have the screws to mount the light bar?
What is the nut insert tool called? Any idea where to buy one? Is there any other way to insert those nuts?
Did not show where the wire run from led light to battery then to switch

It definitely looks cool flush like that but unfortunately it will fail inspection in most states as you can’t cover the windshield at all.

This video shows how not to ruin your truck. Also look at 6:55 sec, he has the waire tucked in with blue painters tape.
We use the blue tape to hold the wire in place while the silicon dries. It won’t cause damage to the vehicles paint.
