Easy HOMEMADE Chicken Patties | Chicken Cutlets

These fritters took me back straight into my childhood, when my mom would whip up batches of deep fried oval shaped "Croquettes" filled with either a Velouté or a Béchamel based chicken/egg/vegetable filling. Since cheese was then spartanly available, the white sauce used to come in handy in holding the mix together.

Is the chicken initially boiled some salt or just plain water? If salt, how much....

Selina I did add salt when boiling the chicken. Add about a tsp of salt.
