I love meeting recap, too. I didn't realize it was available both through a Teams Premium license and through a Copilot license. I knew about the former, but didn't realized intelligent recap is also now available through the latter. Thanks!
Hi Shane, greate vid but i've seen a lot of your stuff around co-pilot for aspects of power platform, and now this. But what if our org hasn't switched it on? I think a 'starting from scratch' general AI/Co-pilot vid would be really useful so i can bring it to the attention of my org with licensing costs, where in Admin to activate it plus other actions Admin or User has to do to get it switched on. Thanks
@@ShanesCows understand. It’s not so much the selling/licensing I’m interested in, it’s the ‘what to do if I don’t see the co-pilot option’ I’m interested in.
Most of the items you are highlighting in Teams require Teams Premium. With Copilot for M365 you can ask for a recap of the meeting and get notes, those aren't automatically generated without the Teams Premium license. My workaround is to get ask for the recap and put that on the regular Notes tab. Of course with that you lose the hyperlinked references, but other non-licensed users are able to see the notes.
Thank you Shane Young
You got it 👍

Hi Tom! Hope you are doing great. Yeah, the Teams stuff is my favorite M365 Copilot stuff. So pratical and helpful
Hi, Shane! Doing great, thanks. Transcripts on for all meetings! :)
Hey Shane!!!! I'm going to see you on September PPCC!!!
Awesome! I can't wait, it was a lot of fun last year.

Hmmm. Let me think on this. I haven't thought about selling Copilot like that. Thanks

I don't have Teams Premium license and all of that works for me as I demo'd. Nice work around though on the notes.
Copilot include all that teams premium features
