The evil witch Empress wasn't killed by Ruyi at all ... However i wish that sentiment was true but then again i wouldn't want a pure soul like Ruyi's to be tainted.
She personally made the dumplings? Do we think that she literally made them with her own hands or is her making them her telling her underlings what to do?
Well they were heavily trained and well versed in many areas from a very young age. Poetry, painting, dancing, sewing, I'm sure there is a certain delicate procedure to make the dumplings the right way soooo yeah, she probably made them herself.
Or probably group effort she just supervise or else get their hometown chef to make it. Coming from their palace is equivalent to them making it. These are noble ladies of the highest decree doubt they went anywhere near the kitchen
I really love all the hair ornaments, but you'd have to have an actual closet dedicated to your hair jewelry just to store them! To say nothing of the hours required to actually use any of them properly, lol! But damn, Hai Lan looks amazing in her almost-crown, lol!
The emperor said he wanted to know what really happened. How many times over the years did he have an idea but choose to ignore it for the sake of expediency and politics? His ego prevented him from seeing the truth about those in the harem.
And lived to regret it. He was so awweeeddd by his own greatness that he couldn't see the truth right under his nose until it was too late for him to show he still cared. It's truly sad.😢 That's why I make it a point to say, "I love you, as I say goodbye to a good friend/family and give them a heart hug or just before I hang up a call or finish a long text with one who is not near. This way, regardless of when either of us may suddenly die, I want to go to sleep knowing that I knew and they knew I got to say my last goodbye. 2 years ago when my 35 year old daughter's heart just suddenly stopped even though the tests said it was fine, although we hadn't spoke for 2 days, but apparently she spoke with everyone else I never felt sad because she knew and I knew we loved each other dearly. On the bright side, I've been sick a lot throughout my life. It has brought me so many times to dying that I've made friends on both sides of the veil so 'seeing' and keeping intouch is a bit easier especially now that she has become one of my many guardian angels. My life has been a truly interesting experience. Life goes on.💖✨️💖✨️💖✨️💖✨️💖✨️💖✨️😇
If he'd punished without absolute proof he'd have had a civil war on his hands. These women are all the daughters/sisters of high-ranking individuals in his court and kingdom. That's part of why the Empress is meant to be managing it; it's just bad luck that he got an evil one. Though I think the show does a good job of showing them as regular people being held to an impossible standard and slowly becoming more and more evil over time as they find new ways to justify their behavior (and the longer they got away with it...).
Regularly, especially with all the formal gatherings and vying for the Emperor’s favor. Ruyi’s bath in this scene seems to be a rejuvenation/medicinal soak as well.
“we must get along well” lol she’s the one who hates Ruyi the most 🙄🙄🙄

Al final le llegó su karma , todo a asu tiempo
Evil turns in on itself😐
How he turns from this man, who so slyly makes things hard for Shen, to the pathetic excuse of a human is startling.

@@Sky-tv4wb Thank you for the reply. It was a genuine question, so I appreciate you sharing that with me. :)

'She had it made for her', means she ordered others to make it for her.

The titles are so strange.
They make me feel like I'm going crazy! They never have anything to do with the actual clip!
How often did the women in the harem bath?

How can one bath amongst many undo three years of health problems in the cold palace... @@DragonHeir92
