I love both of you guys, but when it comes to celebrities: there's A LOT of reasons they turn to drugs and alcohol and acting like an assholes that you're probably not aware about:
    1) the vast majority or entertainers (especially comedians, actors, and music artists) had to work for many years FOR FREE OR VERY LITTLE MONEY before getting their big breaks.
Then they have to deal with a PLETHORA of haters putting them down or calling every move they make "unfunny" or "offensive". There's also record companies, managers, producers, clubs/venues, and other people trying to suck every dollar out of them, getting crucified by media people, politicians, religious leaders, and former fans, etc...
Then you have the fact that no one buys music anymore, spotify and other apps pay music artists crap, and in order to make any real money off music, half the music artists have to turn to selling T-Shirts and chachkees to make up for the fact that they can't sell music these days. It's even worse for comedians and actors.
Then, If and when they FINALLY make it big, they often have paparazzi following their every move, media coming after them round the clock, everyone you can think of trying to make money off them and their fame, plus fans, haters, and random strangers who won't stop annoying them over every little thing.
And last but not least, the mere fact that music, acting, and comedy are 3 amazing, high skilled, beautiful, arts that takes lots of time to work on and develope, yet it's HIGHLY underappreciated & GROSSLY over-criticized by a world full of people who think they know everything about it, yet clearly know very little about it, and with all this, we're all expected to be happy and positive all the time and not talk about all the hate, negativity, and hardships we get put through.
How do I know all this?
Well, because I'm an entertainer whose not even rich or famous, really, and I already get put through a large chunk of the crap I'm talking about here, and I know quite a few people in the entertainment world.
Read through this thoroughly, and tell me at the end if you still have any questions about why many entertainers turn to drugs, alcohol, being nasty to everyone, and having failed relationships.
