A time before Palermo declared bankrupt and ultimately banished to Serie D, the 4th Tier of Italian football in 2019! Can we resurrect the club and revive the Sicilians back to their glory days and take them to Champions League glory? Let's find out! What other extinct clubs should we rebuild on Retro FIFA's? yes! Man, the rule is clear, offer something close to the value, see how much they want, not how much you can pay. Back in the day i used to pick up players on free contracts. In fifa 15 was much better, in 3-4 seasons you would have a 4-5 over 84 overall players

you can actually rebuild a club that doesn't exist in fifa 20 too! cd veracruz in liga mx was removed from the league and (i believe) shut down in december

You should do an alphabet rebuilding challenge.
Put all letters on a wheel or randomiser, spin this for each season and whichever you get you can only sign players from that letter (surname)
Use a mid tier team in any of the top 5 leagues. Make sure they have at least 20 million in the budget

Players choose the obvious: Barca, madrid, bayer. When i play career i chose Valencia and currently Napoli, teams that were big but not anymore. It feels more satisfying to win a coppa italia with the napoli of maradona.
