Jaiswal must not wait anymore and become a 3D all rounder - Bat + Bowl + Field / WK, in next 1,2 years to serve team well. Only batting or bowling skill may not help any player nowadays, given the competition. Days are not far when a team will have 8,9 all rounders in all formats. Cheers.
