There really isn’t a right way to hold a brush, it’s mainly how you want the paint to flow. Holding it closer to the tip helps for smaller details and more precision. Holding it further back helps with blocking, more of a relaxed look. It just depends on what your style of painting is and what you prefer :)

The way I needed this video so much. These past few weeks have been super hard with my break up along with my grandmas cancer. My birthday is the 31st and I don’t even want to celebrate it because I just don’t feel so happy. This gave me such a great escape for the time being.
