Yes, everyone is responsible for cleaning the bathroom. I recommend you have a convo with your suite mates at the beginning of the year to let it be known everyone needs to do their part.

Yes it just depends on who you choose me and mine just try not to be in large crowds and we clean very often and get tested often as well.
