Ik, I wasn't really paying attention. 40 Mb equates to about 5 MB which is pretty good, I get about 4.6 MB download, don't know what you have to give you that much up, I have 9 Mb up.

Please help I have all the setting perfect and I've been looking around watching any video I can. When I click preview stream it shows up a black screen. In every video I watch they have NVIDIA Geforce as there video adapter why is it I have AMD Radeon I searched my computer under my display adapters this is the only one I have am I not able to use this??

when i try to stream WSOP poker the mouse (cursor) wont interact or click to make my wajors or bets. Do i need to use window capture or monitor capture to make it work? I think i tried both and did not work . Is there a setting in OBS that needs to be checked ? I know the mouse is checked in monitor settings with OBS

Great tutorial. I bee using OBS for a couple weeks now and ive been having a problem with audio. It captures game and mic audio great but I cant seem to get my skype calls to mix in on my stream. When I look back at my stream recordings you can barely hear the skype call. Might be a noob question but can you help me fix that ?
thank you I was having issues with my stream and was at a loss to figure out how to fix it. I have a minimum up 10 upload speed so setting my bitrate at 3500 and my stream would buffer the whole time. I read on a forum post to take off custom buffer bitrate and that stopped the buffer but I was left with a low res graphic issue and the stream would skip just a bit for a second at high speed moments. Which lead me to realize I had the encoder x picked instead of my NVidia. It was clearer but still at high speed was blurry. I changed my quality balance to 10 and I downscaled my res like you did in the video and was an improvement but not perfect. Then I noticed I had it on 60 fps and changed it to 30 fps like you had and that worked wonders... My stream is damn near flawless now. If anyone ask questions about having a buffer tell them to change the custom buffer bitrate off. If res issues while having good computer and internet speed tell them to make these changes and hopefully it helps. Your video helped so thank you. :)

Say you are playing a game full screen and you stream the gameplay and your webcam...is there a way to be able to read the twitch chat at the same time? Or do you have to hide the game screen to see the chat?
OBS has a thing that will do a test to optimize your settings for what you want to do. If it is streaming, they will do a connection test. I just installed and did it.

Please help, I don't know what to do.

If you use this to stream to twitch directly how do you interat with follower in the chat? Do you get a web page up and watch your own stream and stuff?! for example you cant see how many people are actually viewing you :)! i wanna start doing this just trying to get all tips i can

So for some reason some games require higher desktop boosts than others, (Minecraft - 1) (Black Ops - 8) even though I am playing them at the same volume. The only problem is that when I do a desktop boost for my games, my Skype also gets boosted. This results in the other people in the call to be way too loud, and it ruins the stream. Is there anything I can do about this?
I have a question... I use OBS myself, and my Monitor is 1920x1080 but the video card I use can't use 1920x1080 because the screen goes fuzzy. So I dropped it down to 1776xwhatever and it is not as fuzzy. But when I record/stream or whatever, my colour is a bit off. It goes darker than what my monitor actually looks like. So is that the problem? My video card or resolution??

abstraact you may have the wrong encoding settings or the wrong twitch key.

Mine says Direct x 10 could not initialize on NVIDIA GeForce 6150 LE Direct x 10 is required.
