    “Yeah Right” was coproduced by Flume and Sophie, who was mostly responsible for the wild beat. you should definitely check out Oil of Every Pearl’s Un-Insides by her,RIP

    I know everybody's gonna be talking about Kendrick, Flume and Sophie but low-key Kilo Kish's subtle features throughout the album are fire. She literally says one word at the end of RPIYS and it gave me chills

    This album is sooo underrated, I’m so glad you loved it. Vince plays and jokes a lot, but people forget he’s so fucking good at his craft. He’s so good at creating projects that are so smooth to listen to from start to finish.

    The 'Yeah right' song is produced by Flume, an Australian producer, probably my favourite artist he's so good (as well as SOPHIE of course)

    The Yeah Right beat is an early version of what eventually became SOPHIE's track Faceshopping from her album Oil of Every Pearl's Un-Insides. Cannot recommend that album highly enough

    If you love songs like Love Can Be and Yeah Right you should really check out the producer Flume. He is very obviously a massive influence on the production on this album and even helped to produce Yeah Right. Flumes latest 2 albums are 2 of the best produced albums of all time imo.

    Production wise he has said in interviews he was really inspired by bands like joy division and you can kinda hear that influence in the way the drum is separated from the voice in some tracks etc.

    As someone who's into a ton of freaky electronic music I find this incredibly accessible, but the way hip hop production got homogenized with the same group of producers has made people think it's supposed to sound a certain way. Hip hop is all about being different and weird

    I saw you liked the beat on Yeah Right a lot. It was produced by my favourite EDM producer Flume who also already has another song with Vince Staples. You should really listen to his His this is Flume mixtape its insane u will love it!

    If you liked the production, you really should react to Oil of Every Pearl's Uninsides by Sophie. She produced some of these tracks on this one (not 100% how much). She passed away recently unfortunately, but her music is incredible.
