No its not related and honestly cnpc god so much functionality its insane that its just a mod but you can basically do nearly anything. And now that epic fight and cnpcs work properly the sky is the limit.

why no one can make this mod to other versions like 1.18 and more than old 1.12 and 1.8
Its decision of the creators to port the mod to the versions they want to, and the more stable versions are 1.12.2, 1.16.5 and 1.18.2
