Namastey mam . please help me . 2016 mein mujhe vitamin b12 ki kami hui thi aur doctor ka kahena hai vitamin ke vajaha se nervous system pe asar hua hai ( meri eyes continuously move hoti hai right to left ) like nystagmus. maine eye specialist ko dikhaya but doctor ka kahena hai ki ye nervous system related issue hai so . please aap meri help kare yog aur pranayam ae kaise thik kare . Mujhe dekhne mein koi problem nhi hai bas eyes move hoti hai fast aur uake wajah se chakkar jaisa lagta hai
