    We love these exercises!! What a great way to incorporate strength to tennis- How many sets and reps do you recommend? And do you recommend people to do these before or after tennis training for best results?

    Huh, how does the Simmons Press work the biceps??? Looks like gravity is doing all the work for arm flexion. What Simmons is it named after? Never saw Louie Simmons doing them. He was a fan of Tate press and Tricep Rollbacks.
