No problem at all Dave you deserve it also I wanted to ask you do enemies respawn back in. with this mod I unfortunately I can’t get this mod because I’m on Xbox series s lol but I have. move that work bench mod and conquest mod. and I wanted to see if you have a way from them spawning in lol.
My thought for building the settlement is have the track became a road and have 2X2 2X4 and L shaped houses going around where the Inside railing runs. The Inside field by the shed becomes a farm area to roughly half way the rest becomes the settlements park area where you place picnic tables and barbeques for the settlers. Also the main building of East City Downs Two stories is grand enough.

Your build limit meter goes down when you scrap the environment. I wonder if it would be worth it to first put down all the stuff you want to build with first until the meter fills up, then start scrapping. Then when the meter is empty again, start building again. Rinse and repeat. It seems like you might be able to put down 2x, 3x, maybe even 4x the stuff you could otherwwise.
It caps with the base game. The Budget Building Extender mod basically makes it so when it maxes out, it resets to the original preset parameters.
In theory it allows for infinite building, in practise it boils down to the frame rates ones pc can handle.
Bethesda needs to fix the issue with people not being able to access the mods tab on ps4 after their latest update
