I lost 28 kgs in around 9 months nd I did 7 months of weight training +cardio and initially 2 months I did cardio mostly. So it's possible to loose weight
The point wasn't 'whether u can or cannot loose 25 kg', she lied that she lost 25 kg, causing the judges to lash out on her...she could've been a fake inspiration for many women who r trynna loose weight- thats what the convo was about.

I weighed 75 previous year October and it's may 2021 and trust me when i say i never exercised, never. I was never a foodie even, i used to eat only in the morning i was fucking mentally depressed and thought of even killing myself due to the amount of body shame, also i was a thyroid and anemic patient(i still am anemic) . i faced so much criticism (including family and close friends and for them it was a light joke) when I decided to lose a bit weight and started eating all three meals and used to walk a lot somehow it worked but after losing weight people were like (what happened to you are you sick are you depressed you don't look good, you look like someone who recovered from food poisoning) trust me these are their words exactly. You are never perfect they way you are for people trust me.
You should change for yourself not for others. You did a commendable job as excess weight causes more health issues don't hear to others. Be you ❤️ do what is best for your own health not for others opinion
