    Hi Chris, I have a question similiar to what you showed here. If you have both negative and positive numbers in a column and want to change the neagtives into positive but at the same time keep the positve numbers in the column, how would you do that?

      You could sort smallest to largest. The negatives would be at the top. Type -1 and copy it. Select the negative cells and Paste Special multiple would make them positive. You could also not sort them, and write an IF function to make any number

    I’m trying to make a list that automatically takes away negatives from the other list. What formula would I use then?

    What if you were trying to do a sumif on the merchants and only wanted to return positive numbers in one cell? What would that look like?

    • @ChrisMenardTraining
      @ChrisMenardTraining  Месяц назад

      =SUMIF(B2:B6,">0") would work. Here is a screenshot also drive.google.com/file/d/1GjO16_UfUpwYuLmbwKY_kMZMxvfuU-BR/view?usp=drivesdk

    Hello i like the fact that you don't play stupid loud music as part of your videos.
    A lot of people only have 1 laptop/computer.
    So we watch you on our tiny phone screens, while trying to type on our laptops.
    That means that 1cm by 3cm cell that you are typing in on your laptop.
    Becomes a blurry 0.3mm by 0.7mm cell on the phone screen.
    Too small to see what you are typing.
    Next time try zooming in on the cell, or enlarging the sheet.
    Your making these videos so people can see them.
    If people cannot see what you are typing.
    Then it is a waste of time watching your videos.
    Good luck.
