Useless dogs!! The dog bites because it is just excited or scared. Moreover the handlers are pushing it around towards the helpless boy. The dog must act independently of the handler Looking for suspects is not like hunting rabbits. I have seen highly trained Scotland Yard dogs. They never bite suspects. They simply sniff at the person and run back to the handler.

POLICE ALEMA KUSUMBUWA BATU such incidences have happened a lot there is no way you can convince me that the dog is right due to the reason, It follows smell and it`s masters are also reluctant if am wrong ask any body who has ever called police for help 2.If you ever need police`s help my dear never tell them armed robbers are want to enter my house you will be told to give a clear information how many are they , how many guns do they posses and which type for example in 1997 the gun short started at around 2:40am up to around 3:50am and police was called immediately at a round 2:45am and from police to where scenario was its not even a kill meter and from police to park thy are only lights but they managed to come at around 7:am with a dog and nothing was found kindly we request mzea to help us and at least put UPDF soldiers at every police because ask less and work more big up at security personally who do their work correctly
