    I was able to stand through the whole workout!!Yay for me!! Loved standing and feeling improved balance in my movements and less stiffness!! Always a bright spot in my day Lauren and happy to see Garden!! Thank you both ❤️👍

    Was able to stand for the whole session. Still getting my right and left muddled up but if I don't overthink I'm ok. Great workout. Thanks to Lauren and Garden.

    I really like this workout. I started out sitting, and I alternated sitting and standing. It was a challenge, but I felt like I needed to do it. Felt very weak at first, and got stronger as we went along. I had a smile on my face doing the have Jack’s and the pattern is a lot of fun for me. Thank you Lauren for
    all you do and for Garden.

      Esther - I can always count on you to boost my ego and say something positive. Thank you for your enthusiasm. I am really happy you enjoyed this video and I love that you did some of it seated and some standing. Thats a smart, safe and great way of doing it. As you complete this video a few more times this week you may find you will get better and stronger and may be able to do more and more of it standing....Let me know.

      Giving your best effort is the key which you clearly do! As your brain is trying to make sense of these complex movements you are making new neural connections. Don't get discouraged. You are doing great!!!

    This was a definite challenge. I stood for everything (My challenge to myself)! So much to keep track of! Tempo, Direction, Memorization, Opposites, Balance. It had it all. I definitely lost it a couple times! I will be trying again to conquer this one!! Fun! Fun! Fun! Thanks Lauren & Garden!😅

      Great Job Eric!!!! This one makes you think and move in a variety of directions which can really throw off your center of gravity and make balance a challenge. Good for you for being able to stay with it and stay standing. Do you do the YOPD videos? I think you would really like those too. Keep at your own pace - stop the video when needed or take a break and then continue. I think it is a class you would really like. Let me know

    Great session - although it frazzeled my brain at times! It was really good for me as my balance and gait are the things that PD has affected most over recent years. I felt energised at the end. Many thank Lauren and Garden. Paula and Jon

Debbie leads a barefoot class that uses a towel. At 9:38 there are towel exercises that work on lifting and gripping with your toes. Give it a try and let us know how you feel?       I KNOW!!! Did you do it seated or standing? Both will challenge you but in slightly different ways. I think the shifting weight is a very effective and safe way of working on balance and much more functional than practicing standing on one foot. What part did you enjoy the best - what was most challenging?

      Hi, Tina!! Go at the pace your body is comfortable with. You can always re-watch this video in the future and gradually work up to increasing your speed with time.

      Tina - your right - this was a bit faster than most of my videos. I thought it would be a nice challenge to force that speed - counteracting Bradykinesia. If this is too fast for you try not to do as many repetitions or just do each section on its own. Stop the video and just work on one exercise at a time. There is plenty of benefit to be gotten by just doing each exercise independently without adding on or starting from the beginning. Good luck - let me know if that helps.
