All these completely open kitchens - don't people realize just leaving a used glass left on the counter makes the whole house a mess? And if you cook up anything at all smelly, the whole house reeks of it?

Hey let's make open BATHROOMS next? Oh why not we already fell for the kitchen in the living room trick right? Yes I agree 100%. They don't put bathrooms without walls in bedrooms do they? Because that's GROSS and so is watching aunty fee cut up a bloody chicken in your living room/kitchen. Open kitchens happened because they're CHEAPER than building a wall.
Janet I agree. I could never live in an open concept house. There is no way I want to be sitting in my living room looking at the stove or fridge. Any kitchen clutter makes the entire downstairs look messy. Also this house needs a few pops of colour. There was none except on the red chairs and blue table in the child's room. There was way too much grey and white for me.

in 1970 i lived in a boarding house on Bay st. while i was a summer intern at Duke Power.... my house mates...a petty thief on probation....a retired Navy sailor who disappeared for three days after he got his check....and my favorite , a battle of the bulge survivor who fought for the world lightweight boxing title and once dated Veronica Lake and spent a decade or two in the state pen for murder....i learned a lot that summer
You could write a book about those experiences.

Great house for a single person or as a retirement-home. Would've been better if it was brick and had a garage and... finish basement would also be nice.
Хорошо бы к такому видео и план дома предоставить (чертеж). Для северной и восточной европы не подойдет: нет тамбуров на входах. Даже прошедшей зимой без снега, с минимальной однократной температурой минус 10 цельсия, без тамбура получаются мокрые изнутри двери и потеря тепла.
Что такое "тамбур"?

This house needs to be a little wider. The living room is uncomfortably narrow. Would prefer something different than the LR + Kitchen combo design. I really like nice large square rooms with built in bookcases.

Too many stuff and knickknack in the living room. I hate the dining table chairs. I hate the dark color painting in the kitchen. I still Love the house front yard... It's look cute and cozy.
