One of the main characters, named Mark is one of the kids that hid under the bed from Jason in Part 6. He is suffering from PTSD as a young adult from the experience, and his friends try to help him. At the same time, a group of Bigfoot hunters enter the forest in search of their prey. One of these is a young Creighton Duke. The two story lines collide and lead to an epic showdown between Jason and Bigfoot, while telling an origin story for Creighton Duke.

@@philhomer8536 part 8 is just awful and Jason looks ridiculous in it. And those stupid muppet hands that drag him to hell at the end were just stupid looking

Oh yeah that is number 9 lol. Honestly after 7 I stopped liking them. Freddy vs Jason was probably the only thing kind of like afterwards

It is enjoyable enough 👍 and played surprisingly straight, of course the entire idea of bringing the guy up there to the lake blindfolded is amazingly stupid, couldn't they have just had him trying to face his fears willingly? But without such nonsense would it be a horror movie? 😸😆
I’ll be covering the sequel in July. I had somewhat high hopes for this just due to the insanity of Jason fighting a Bigfoot. 😆 He’s too much of a coward to face his fears willing it seemed, he was content having horrible nightmares than go back to Crystal Lake
AND he ended up simply getting crushed with no problems solved LOL 😸😆
