Not worth it. 5900x is quite enough even for a GPU level 3080-3090 and even more so 6750xt

6600 is an Intel CPU or GPU RX 6600 ?
5700x3D is the best in games for its price. Due to the bigger L3 cache, it shows much better FPS. Also, the 5700x3D is less dependent on Fast RAM (ruclips.net/video/yagecYEVUpQ/видео.html). That is, with this CPU you can save a little on RAM and the motherboard without reducing performance (the 5700x3D does not have overclocking).
If you do not want to overclock the CPU and RAM, then the 5700x3D will be preferable.
1080 Ti is still a good GPU. But in the future the GPU will have to be updated for 5700x3D
With these CPUs you can use PTX 3080, 3090, 4070Ti with 1080p resolution.
