No, it's definitely not. The way I look at it is that the diagonal line that would normally make it a "Q" is turned horizontal. IDK if I'm right, but that's how I've always looked at it since I first started seeing his throws in the early 90's.
picture a Q, but the line goes all the way through to look like a circle with a line going diagonal through it. then flip it sideways so the middle line goes through to left and right. then make it into a throw up form. the exes on top and bottom are the spaces on top and bottom of the horizontal line within the q.

what's great about graffiti is that it's apart of many different music cultures. Now with that said there's no need to argue about which music culture is better or whatever because that argument is bullshit and we all know it's just opinions.
