    Any idea why there is an increase in catagen and telogen hairs with Trichotillomania? I’ve had it for almost my entire life and I’ve never been able to understand why the hairs often come out too easily. Thank you.

    I've had alopecia universalis since '19. Over the past year.. my hair follicles are popping back up all over my body. Is this a good sign my hair may return?

    Doctor could you explain the difference between palisaded and pseudo palisaded?

      Do you mean pelade and pseudopelade? My understanding is they are terms no longer preferred for AA and end-stage non-specific scarring alopecia
