It’s a fact that these teachings are or can be eye opening. However, when it comes to kids, they need to be allowed to grow and decide what to do. One favour you can do them is not to put any religion on them. Every teaching is indoctrination if it is targeting them to believe in something whether positive or negative. You can get him to teach your kids though, as it’s internal affairs but make sure your country / local laws allow that, because your kids can inform their teachers or peers about it and you can be punished for that.
