As long as normies vote 🗳️, nothing changes. ❤
And a good reason for a full pay rise for all pollies as this will be the catalyst for it. Got to have a precedence !
Been wondering how he was gonna do it. Nice one!

HLR - waiting for the Julian Assange clip - bring it !!
He’s almost free now.
I have way more opinions on this than I probably should. I'm not very familiar with AU political structures, so I'm only speaking from a US point of view and what's probably a rare one - I think that high level politicians should have a completely overhauled pay structure. They should be paid well as a base rate, but should have a number of performance incentives for things like minimal inflation, valuation of currency, reduction of wage disparity, percentages of the "poor" moving to "middle class", percentages of "middle class" moving to "wealthy", strength of military (without starting wars), reduction in debt, etc. The job is to help their own country, not self-aggrandizement and not lining their own pockets via corruption and being bribed. To do it well is an extraordinarily difficult task and I think the people most capable of performing it would rather work in the private sector, because they can earn a lot more there - and the way that government is currently set up, it often attracts the type that is more than willing to participate in corruption and if the policies they adapt do more harm than good, they really don't care - so long as they're getting paid their dirty money to facilitate and implement crap policy.
Good comment . If only I could make you the Aussie governor general
The new GG is albo wearing a wig.
