Just passed and finished all my tests. For any 2023 takers it’s honestly just reading and common sense for Reading, Writing, and History. If you’re worried about Science how I was, this video will get you through it. Math was pretty difficult, I guessed on 80% of the test and was shocked to see I passed but you obviously have to know the basics. I’d say the HiSet is definitely graded easy. I'm 22, got pulled out of school in 4th grade. I just finished the test with 25 minutes to spare and scored an 18. Basically all it is is chart reading and then questions about the chart. There are paragraphs to read about the chart but I usually skipped the reading and just answered the question directly, only reading if the chart didn't directly answer the question. There were maybe 2 questions out of 60 that asked for info outside of the chart and the info from the paragraph. One was asking what two elements comprise carbon monoxide (carbon, oxygen) and to be honest I don't even remember the other one but it wasn't rocket science. Take it slow if you want to. I did a speedrun then went back and fixed a couple that I wasn't sure about after I finished the last question. I'm about to start the writing test so I gotta go- good luck, but it's really no big deal. easy stuff. you got this, don't stress

I take science next week. I’ve already passed math and language arts reading. I was more stressed then I had ever been in my life and my scores were almost double what the minimum passing score is and all my studying is from these videos. If I can pass this then you absolutely can ✨ don’t sweat it

Analicia Brooke i took a free class at my county college, but i recently dropped out of highschool to take this test so i sorta knew more. I watched more of the videos and they did refresh me, i got a 17 on the science and 11 on the math, out of all of them math is the hardest i also got a 12 on writing and 3 on the essay. So really look at refreshing math look into khan academy etc. but most of the other things are like reading and pointing it out the writing one was pretty eh too though so refresh yourself on an argumentative essay and refresh grammar etc.
Hi Veronica, sorry for waiting so long to reply. The best advice I can give is it's half math and reading. I probably would of had a better score if not for the math part of it. But if you are good at both then you should have no problem passing it. GOOD LUCK and let me know how you did.
I totally just guessed on all questions for science hiset test. My teacher said it didn't require studying. I didn't understand some parts tho? Hope I pass if not I'll have to retake 😡😣

I take social studies, science, reading, and writing in 3 days. I took my pretests and passed all of them, but need work in science and social studies. I pretest on math soon, and take the math test in a couple weeks. I haven’t been to school since I was 16, and I’m 19 now. Let’s hope I pass all of them!
