The girl in the white top needs to work on her ankle mobility by squatting low with some counter weight. When i went heavy i had the same problem of not going low enough. After working on my ankle mobility i don't anymore. The only downside was that i had to lift light for a couple of weeks to build up my strength when going past parallel.
My ankle mobility was crap after squating up to 345. Dropped to 225, rebuilt with ankle stretches and foot rolling. 2 year later back at 345 and form is a to g
