Great interview Mr Caputo. As a Canadian resident and Citizen who wishes to invest on real estate on either rental appartment units or building vs commercial building / retail stores etc how much do I need to put down and can I have a mortgage? if so and the unit has a positive cash flow does it make it easier for an approval and what is the average commercial loans amortization 15 20 30 years or ? as well as commercial interest rate on commercial loans? 2% ? Thank you
5:31 "... you can get up to 3.2% yield..." That makes no investment sense, unless the real estate market is rigged by the state and the financial institutions.
Dear Sir, can you please be more specific with your question? I do not understand your question. Can you be more specific so that I can understand your question? I submitted your question to Dario Berta and he also does not understand your question. As soon we will understand, we will replay to you.
@@SwissBankingLawyersZurich If it is a 3.2% yield, what will the interest rate for the mortgage? Will it be still enough for the rent to cover the mortgage payment, assuming it is 75% LTV? Or perhaps the LTV has to be lower? Thanks.

Yes, it is funny. That is why I did not cancel that scene.
Good interview. Anybody who says he can predict the market is a scammer. Anybody who says it’s difficult to predict has my attention. 👍
Thank you.
