Fun Fact: The Skoda T 56 is the only tank in game currently to technically be equipped with composite armor, those spaced armor pieces around the turret are “Brezhnev’s Eyebrows”, add-on armor used on the T-55AM-1 and T-62M-1.

@@MrShoic except that vehicle in game doesnt have its spaced armor modelled just has a set armor thickness, wish they actually modelled it, but I suppose that would be equivalent to giving it early composite armor, with how thick the armor actually is on that thing's turret IRL, I doubt any heat shell in the game and possibly even a good number of kinetic penetrators would be able to punch through that kind of armor, especially taking reference of its armor performance in other games like War Thunder, where it had around 300+ mm of kinetic protection and more than 400+ against chemical munitions.

It’s armor is better than super conqs. Much smaller lower plate, almost impervious upper plate, better side armor, smaller profile turret that’s harder to HE spam
I bought 2 chests for 5€ and got it from both, first tank, then gold compensation (obviously). My opinion on this tank is it would need to have like 490 DMG or at least 1.5 sec faster reload time. While fully aimed it can hit pretty reliably but also I had some insane HE snap shots to the Skorpion G for example for 650 DMG across the map. Armor in my opinion isn't anything that good enemy player couldn't handle and mobility is pretty good for what tank it is. Don't recommend ramming with it, because I rammed ISU152 front to front and only I received like 70dmg from impact. While hull down its god like, if you wiggle, 95% times enemy will miss the cupola or you can put your gun in front of cupola so the gun absorbs shell. In my opinion (as heavy tank player) it's very good but definitely not broken. If you compare it's reload to k91 (I know it's tier IX) it reloads almost whole clip while t56 reloads one shell. My recommendation is to play with team if u want to be aggressive or if you are alone, get yourself some nice cover and wait for enemy mistakes. I had some pretty good games like 5k DMG or even 5.5k DMG, but when your team melts you can't defend yourself because of poor DPM. Btw For those calling me lucky I bought 14 chests with lansen c and didn't get it, so WG compensated I guess.
I was going nuts thinking of whether this thing would get tungsten or the autoloader, I am both relieved and a little disappointed. Love the tank though. and agree with all the points. It's a unique vehicle, the only mobile 130mm, armored, hulldown heavy tank at tier 8. Feels way better than the vk superheavies at tier 8.
I love my VK168 any day over thus cause the vk has the brawling capacity and also due to its large size you can scare your enemies a little which sometimes makes them go into choas

Listen to the guy who is closer to your skill level is what i am saying, because you will regret if you aim too high - or too low 😅. (WG should employ not only high WR players as tester to make it more realisticly balanced - not only good in the Unicum Players hands.)
Seems a LOT like a T8 60 tp. Has the alpha, armour, gun handling, mobility. Really the only difference is the HE. HE on 60 tp sucks but on t56 it’s amazing. Great video as always.
I say don't put money at all in this game. WG doesn't give a sht about us. Had a guy who stayed at spawn whole game, not afk not spawn camping, just looking around not shooting. When I reported him and checked his history the guy had more than 1500 reports for inactivity during battle. He's literally collecting them and WG doesn't give a sht and ban him, even though those kind of guys ruin the game. What's the point of reporting if you get 1500+ and never get sanctioned? WG never gets a penny from me again.
Imagine having a tank, which is: 1. Armor-wise is basically pre-buff 112 with a bit worse sides, but instead 2 small cupolas, there is 1 big one . 2. Second highest dmg and worst reload, which results in worst DPM among HT-8 3. DPM gets even worse due to below average accuracy and gun handling, so you better count every shot 4. Mobility is somewhat decent only when you put oil on it, otherwise its almost identical to 252U And its main... "feature" of high dmg HE obliges you to put calibrated shells to be somewhat useful, at the cost making your worst DPM is even worse. I got this tank from 2 crates (first one had 10k gold, and after that I thought that my luck has run out for sure). But playing this tank is a pain every battle, considering that I played plenty of time in STG and T25 Pilot, and even they are somewhat... decent? You will not at least expect them to be good, thats for sure. Main word of describing this tank would be "underwhelming". Can't play it from a distance hull-down, due to poor accuracy, can play it up-close only half of the times, due to weakpoint on a turret and hell - someone can pen it to the right and left side of gun mask. I played it for 40 battles with a thought that I would've been better off with 252U and 53TP.
$99.99 No way! WG hit me up way back in the day with personal tag hanging on the upper right corner for the M60 for $100.00 so I passed and finally got it two months ago thru free crates (blueprints) and free tank! So wait just hold out!
Yup, they are wery close, gameplay is the same and same weak spots on armour but Type have bigger alpha and slightly better mobility, T54e4 is more about dpm and better gun handling. I have both, played on 5k+ rate and i can't say that one of them is better that anouther. Just take what do u like/prefer more better dpm and aiming or bigger alpha.
Kept trying the 2 boxes for $4.99 and it took me 4 tries. I spent $20 and opened 7 crates total (One was a single crate for $4.99) And now I got the tank.

I thiink WG is a Belarusian company, not Russian. ( not a lot of difference tbh. Belaruse does what Vlad tells them to do anyway ). They are getting sanctions as well, but not as bad as Russia. At the moment that is. Things may change.
The 53tp is basically the same and in some areas is better and it's FREE. The t56 is really only better in the alpha damage, maybe the armour too but the 53tp has good and reliable enough armour. The t56 is not a bad tank, it's quite good actually but unless you are a collector or someone with a lot of money or just want a premium version of the 53tp to earn credit or something then don't buy it.
Trash Armor (hatch + lower plate and terrible side armor which is the most painful). Very innacurate gun. Good mobility and hulldown capabilities. Average tank overral but great in some hulldown scenarios
The bundle for 100$ is a joke. That’s the price of getting the tank through charms. You’d be better off testing your luck and possibly getting it cheaper and getting some of the gold from the crates as well

Overall 15 second of reload is not bad at all cause I'm used or always play vk 168, in which is with an plus 1 reload time,
