And then there's the time it takes to earn those extra mats too. So actually it does make a difference. Especially after a big event where a lot of us have a lot of rankups to do.

Second of all, you are unlikely even face them in battlegrounds since they are highly ranked. Third of all, the way battlegrounds are designed by only a few sets of champs really matters, and they would already have those champs ranked. 4th of all how poorly he manages his resources should have no effect on other players.

I get your points but It seems like a signficant improvement over the crappy rewards that are in the sigil now, but they should have goosed the rewards a little more. . But they should increase the unit amounts as well.

Reading the boost I agree it doesn’t feel right. Players also have easy access to 6*s now so it’s already easier. I think many people will power through earlier content and hit a wall with act 7 - they will really feel the boost loss. Act 6 was terrible though.
The Titan would cost 100$ and the Nexus would be 70$. Breaking it down by months is dumb bc there's no other item in the game to compare it. If you keep the crystals set at a monetary value you have some idea if they're actually worth the money.

Hence the reason why certain things about the game are geared towards new players making quick progress and they bundled rewards in events so players feel forced to progress TB felt like limbo so I pushed to PG, and now thanks to banquet I can push to Valiant but do it at my own pace.

It didn't go from $10 to $25, it's 3x the rewards of a standard plat pass for 2.5x the cost. This isn't the first time they've done that.
