Terrance Whitfield, It raises some flags, I would venture to say, that likely than not, the reason he didn’t want you joining was because he was being deceptive to his fellow Lodge “brothers”, putting on a false front, perhaps giving them the impression that he was in a more prestigious position or level at his work place than what he really was, and was afraid that if he took you, a fellow co-worker, on board, the truth would come out.
