    Im not an expert by any stretch of the imagination but when I used to do this an old boy told be that if I didn’t get the lip of the wood a good couple of inches in the sand (which was at 45 degrees thin end at the lip )I’d only get half of what there really is also to walk it in a way that the tide washes through the net so anything lifted washes into the back of the net .
    Interesting video I enjoyed that .

    You done st margarets bay mate its another good spot for rock pools and for the sib and fishing from the beach. And a pub so you might get sausage and chip in there lol.easy access from the car to the beach. great for bass.its a lovely spot.

    15 mins down the road is sandwich bay, completely sand, perfect for the push net

    That point of weed covered rocks in the opening minute looks like a nice bass spot with a weedless lure pal.

    Those little jelly like eggs are actually called sea gooseberries, and are a type of jelly fish.

    I think you need to net 1hr down to bottom of tide and 1hr up.

    I don't mean to be funny bud, I love your fishing channel, and this comment is not ment to offend you, but I think you should concentrate more on the fishing than foraging. I only say this as you need to do more research on inshore marine life to do the channel justice. Perhaps keep these style videos as bait collecting/foraging videos on the main channel. Again no offence ment but you did ask the question and I always comment with honesty. Tight lines pal.
