- For the first time in four years Marillion and its fans made the pilgrimage to Port Zélande in the Netherlands for the 21st anniversary of the Marillion Weekend. In this month's edition Lucy has a chat with Pete before, and near the end of the weekend's festivities. We take a look at the filming set up in the tent with Tim Sidwell and Jeremy Mason and Lucy takes us all for a ride around the site in her golf cart. There's also a short, sneaky peak at some of the show footage from the three gigs.

Oh this was fabulous - felt like we were back again. It was such a special weekend - time with our favourite band and quality time spent with my beloved sister and reconnecting with old friends. Such moments are priceless. Thank you Marillion and Lucy and crew for making it all possible. Happiness is... Marillion.
I have no words other than "THANK YOU" for these incredible days ..never thought I could be in a MW and after almost 20 years since haven't seen the band, my 1st time was the best time of my life! 🤩

Queing family since 9 am to get a first row place.. awsome moments, no rainy, windy or freezing days stopped us 😊

Quartz - not for the first time, Marillion have taken a track, which in my very humble opinion was merely 'okay', played it live and transformed it into something spectacularly awesome. Just love this version. Thank you guys (and Lucy).
Disagree. Quartz is, in my view, already a very strong track on the album. But this live version was epic.
Looking forward to see them again in Berlin.
It was beautiful seeing PZ again. Ever since I left on 20 March, I've had this hole inside of me; I'm growing to understand it as it gnaws and claws at me. PZ 2023, my first Marillion Weekend was a hugely important moment in time for me. Beautiful seeing that particular magical moment from the final night, remembering what it was like to be on the rail, surrounded by love and music.
Great interview with Pete, too. I wonder if he's just one of those people who plays (or can play) anything. Very talented. So glad these monthly shows exist; they're a lot of fun and very informative.
How lovely to relive this special weekend. After so many times in PZ it was better than ever - how is it possible to do that - unbelievable. That is what I love Marillion for, always worth a surprise. The Marillion Family was great as ever and hopefully hope to meet you all again soon.
Thanks Lucy. Great episode. Looking forward to BR and CD from MW in PZ 2023. I'm Marillion fan since 2020. The only adventage of covid time is that I had more time to listen to the music and thanks to my brother I discovered Marillion. Only 3 years being Marillion fan but I'm doing my best to catch up with lost over 30 years. I don't know if I will ever be in PZ but I will always be at the audience in Poland where I'm from. Was in MW in Lodz 2022 hoping for te next one in 2024...

A special episode from a totally sensational weekend, the best ever. Friday and Saturday were 2 of the top 4 Marillion gigs I've ever experienced, and the other 2 got a mention too (Brave W/E and RAH 2017) Thank you Marillion and all its constituent parts, this is a weekend I will never ever forget, cant wait to relive it on DVD xxx
Great video as always! The amount of work and passion you put into these Marillion weekends is no short of amazing, really!! Can't wait to get the dvd of this special weekend. :-) Since Steve H. is going to be next month's guest, I would just like to say that I have always loved his singing and generosity ever since his first bands The Europeans and How We Live. I still have the cassettes of those albums! And we also share a common love for the music of Talk Talk and the ever-so-lovely Blue Nile. Cheers to Marillion, Lucy and all the crew as well as all the fans out there!

I love everything on this channel, but the interviews with Pete are always special. He’s one of my all time heroes as a bass player, and he seems like such a nice person. Keep up the good work, I love following Marillion (and Transatlantic)!
Every residential Convention from 2002 has been special and I've been blessed with the friendships made. Core to it all has been the wonderful music and the amazing concert performances by the best band in the world.

Love that brilliant version of Quartz. It shows how versatile and fun Marillion can be. Each of the band members bringing something special to the mix, but ultimately as a whole being the best a band can be together.
Simply brilliant, the episodes go from strength to strength. Great to get an insight into the PZ weekend for those that couldn't be there. A great version of Quartz, I am loving the live music interludes within each episode. I am so looking forward to Leicester, I am like a kid on Christmas eve already! February 10, 2018 my husband Adam and I ventured forth to Atlanta to see Marillion for the first time. I wasn’t sure what to expect. Watching Pete bop around the stage with that bass during “You’re Gone” had me grinning like crazy. He blew me away and kind of kickstarted my love for the band.
We went to our first Marillion weekend in 2019 and I got to tell Pete in person that he made me want to pick up the bass. It was an absolutely magical weekend.
I may be a latecomer to Marillion’s music, but I love this band so much. Thank you to everyone. Sending lots of love. ❤

Great interview with Pete, he is extremely talented person, always admire how he can play bass, bass pedals and sing at the same time. It was such an honore to see Transatlantic live back in 2010, the longest and one of the best gigs I ever seen. Cheers for Marillion and Racket crew!

This weekend was out of scale! The best ever!! BUT: we missed Lucy (and some of the Band - thank you Mark for joining us!) at the Freaks-Area! We gather there together at about 6:30 in the Morning in front of the „tent“ to enjoy ourselfes and get the front row for the gig! Hope to see you there in 2025!! Luv 💜
