Lately I’ve been questioning what if all these spiritual “teachings” are just another conditionings. Then I’m lead to this meditation.
I used to get scared of performing self inquiry. It's such an initial shock and revelation to find out you are not who you thought you were your entire life. I absolutely love it now and find so much peace in it. Thank you for your beautiful words. I listen to your video's every night with headphones in while getting my daughter to sleep.
Thank you both 💜🙏. The investigative meditation cut through a fit of the collywobbles, emptying out all the dross . . . then the exquisite poem & music opened the heart. Turning to this channel in times of agony (it sounds melodramatic but it is truly like this sometimes), I am no longer lost in isolation. I only made it until 42 mins as my legs were in pain but that's okay, trying not to beat myself up 'me' again! Can I ask you why I start laughing at times during the meditation, I mean it's really funny for moments when there is no me, I can't contain the laughing. May you always be Blessed...
Hi Kim, thanks for your message and I am pleased to know that my offering are of help to you. There's no need to force yourself to sit for the entire time if it is too painful - just gently change positions so as not to disturb your relaxed focus. In terms of spontaneous laughing, this is something that happens to me a lot. I burst out laughing for no particular reason, especially prior to falling asleep. I feel it might just be a natural letting go process that happens but it can startle you as for me it is a rather vocal outburst. All sorts of things can and do happen as your practice - nothing to worry about - it is all just part of the process. Sending warmest wishes 🌸
