Honestly I was diagnosed with Insomnia 2 years ago and I hated not being able to sleep, so when I started taking the tablets I could sleep for little parts of the night but with this I can fall asleep with ease (and the tablets) and get a full nights rest! Thank you for everything you do and keep it up ❤
What tablets do you take? I have insomnia and no pills work for me
I take the melatonin ones, they take ages to kick in but they do work eventually with some soft music and your videos
whats living with insomnia like? if you dont mind me asking
Umm well about like half the night I sit on my phone or like reading my book or something, then about the night I spend actually trying to sleep but it doesn’t work.
I do get like 1-2 hours sleep nights but I can even get 3 if I’m lucky.
I think you do feel less tired that others cause your body just excepted just not wanting to sleep.
I don’t mind telling people what it’s ljke
