It sounds like you've landed in the setup for a fluorescence protocol. Ex and Em Filter can be selected there. If you want to start an absorbance measurement, select the ‘New’ button in the ‘Manage Protocol’ tab and then select ‘Absorbance’ under the measurement method.
@@Bmglabtech I have double checked. There is no such option even if select absorbance. I can choose empty for excitation and filter for emission from list, no way to setup wavelength.
