At 2:37, The Red Ford Laser and Red Ford Piera behind the Coca-Cola truck on the left-hand side are my father's. They were parked in front of the canteen we used to own. Those small trees in the middle of EDSA are actually Guava trees. That whole row is filled with Guava trees. Every summer, young boys would pick leaves from those trees as they prepare for their final shave before going to teenhood, if you know what I mean. This place has always been busy, but at least back then, it had some order. Now, I barely recognize this place.

Nanay and Papa (Rest in Peace) Magkikita kita din tayo balang araw.

Iam born in the year 2005, but i will give everything to travel back to the year 1990s
I am familiar with the places shown, they've all been part of my kabataan. Thank you for sharing these pics.
The music is calming
Grabe ang throwback nito! Salamat sa gumawa nitong video!!!
To me everything still looks the same except obviously for the cars. Recto, for example, pretty much still looks that way today.

yung BGC rin nung mid 2000s wala pa gaano laman.
Same. I was born on that year as well.

This made me emotional!
The song by Mr. Noel Cabangon- Kanlungan, brings too much nostalgia, it helps to bring us back to those good old days, worry-free as a child.
I missed a lot,,especially yr,2000 monumento,,i was 17yr.old during that time,,almost every other days, weeks,,,nsa mento kmi,,para maglaro sa grand,,ever mamimili,,nakakaluha n lng tlga,,kya nga khit mga cartoons,,sarap mag collect,at isabit sa dingding ng bahay mo,,ito n lng kc paraan naibabalik mo ang iyong kabataan.
Now, I barely recognize this place.
now i missing my childhood place and when i was a child with my grandmother took me to her relatives 😢😢😢😢😢😢❤❤❤❤❤❤and i remember when i was a kid the old places

Then i remembered that he's gone. He would have loved this video. The late 80's to the early 90's were some of the best years of our lives. Nakakiyak but thank you for this.

Yun na yon, ang sarap maging batang 90s so daming memories na naging part kami ng old and modern times.
1991 ako pinanganak
I was born in 1980 and we used to live in Dart St. in Paco Manila. I remember Bellevue and riding the LRT going to Chinese Cemetery.
Flashback memories. 80's to 2000's🤔
Ang bilis tlga ng panahon. Nakakamiss yung mga taon na yan. Simpleng buhay, mahirap, pero masaya. Iba ang saya nung kabataan ng 90s 🥺
sarap balikan yung dating simpleng buhay
Those days. Nakakamiss maging bata. Batang 90’s here ❤

Nakaka miss sobra. Since umalis kami papuntang U.S. dati (1996) halos mahigit isang taon ako home sick sa U.S. 😔😢
90s era was the best. Im missing this days. No worries. Life was simple but im very happy during these times. We are poor but im blessed with complete family. I miss my aunties and my grandma. 😢😢😢😢
I am now 75 yrs old.
The memories are amazing!
I wanna go back in 1990s 😔

I miss my childhood days...1980 to 90s😢😢😢
In 1992, Patriot Games Premiere Movie in the Philippine Cinemas.
