@@LANDRmusic I literally sat with my guitar playing a song, after the song I heard a voice say syncopation, didn’t even know what it means. Then It lead me to this video, and now I know what my tracks are lacking. I still don’t know how to implement it that well, but I think I’m moving in the right direction.
On the chords he used how come there was 5 notes on the first 3? I understand the bottom note is the bass note you can play with the chord to make it fuller but I'm unsure about the top one?
Hi, in the Suspension Syncopation, in the second beat, will the sound in beat 2 (weak sound) become strong if transposed over to the third beat? (The strong beat)
That's a cool question! I think so.. now that I think about it. Especially if the sidechain compression is squishing beats 1 and 3, and letting beats 2 and 4 through.
@@LANDRmusic thank you mate! I will be playing around with it tonight, looks amazing! Is your bass in this video a preset or did you make it? Thanks again!
Amazing video! Straight to the point and no references needed. Loved it!

Which plugin did you use for the bass ?
Hey Produb SA! I used the powerful free plugin Surge with the preset Square Bass. Find it here: surge-synthesizer.github.io/
does the use of sidechain(pumping effect) in house and most edm count as syncopation?

@@LANDRmusic thank you good sir!
