  • Burt Kaliski is senior vice president and chief technology officer of Verisign. Kaliski started his career at RSA Security in 1989, where, as the founding scientist of RSA Laboratories, his contributions included the development of the Public-Key Cryptography Standards (PKCS), now widely deployed in Internet security.
He presented an overview of the PKCS standards and the lessons learned from standardizing the RSA algorithm.
The second and third day of the 2nd ZKProof Workshop was dedicated to standardization, where many discussions took place, as well as presentations motivating the use and standardization of zero-knowledge proofs.
