You can just go directly and divide your head circumference by 6.28.
So, my head circumference is 23, dividing by 6.28 is 3.66

Radius (r) = Circumference/2π
My head circumference is 23, measure your head circumference and work with it.
My own head circumference is 23 so what I did was
r= 23/2π
π is 3.14.
r=23/2x3.14
r=23/6.28
r=3.66 and I approximated it to 3.7
