Today I made and ate "FRIED SWEET RED BEAN MOCHI".
To make it, stretch the toast with a rolling pin and put sliced MOCHI, red beans, and salted butter on top.
I roll it up.
It is completed when fried in 170 ℃ oil.
Dessert with the best texture.
It was crispy and very delicious.
