It wasn't a foul on Wolfsburg, but that wasn't simulation either, just good football. You'll also see the player doesn't raise his arms asking for the foul. He also thought it was fair play. Terrible decision.
They're better without a "big name". They have a great team with a even bigger spirit and the biggest fans a team can have. They literally gave their blood to save it. If you like football it's worth to look up for some documentaries about Union.

Wolfsburg goal was 100% offside because that Union guy was behind the white line meaning he was out of the field of play. That means 3 Wolfsburg players were in offside position at the moment of the pass , it's that simple. Looks like refs forgot about this rule when somebody left the field of play!
