Pick a phrase or set of words and make alterations to it that will make it satisfy all the common password requirements. This is your core word. Anytime you have to create a password, take the core word and add 3 or 4 additional characters to it that you specifically set based on the service you're signing up for. This way you can have a different password for everything and still remember them all without writing them down.
mythical chef josh makes a lot of videos where he eats food from fast food places and then recreates them so you should team up with him for we have that at home and everytime you should say which is better- homemade or resturaunt EDIT: you said mythical chef josh right after i commented
