The deer have been eating on our sunflowers and garden. Had to put up the electric fence yesterday. 👍
When it’s hot I’m down to shorts and tank top. That pie sounds delicious,gonna invite a few friends over Monday,cooking ribs and corn. Have a great weekend Mark,thanks for sharing

Sounds like it's time for a brace of coneys in the pot! (For peace of mind, just overlay a second run of hardware cloth with 1/2" or 1/4" holes around the base of your present fencing to keep the little guys out of your garden.)

Sounds like your going to have a fun weekend. A trucker started coming to the shop when I was still working. The guy was short a couple fingers so I asked him what happened. He made some homemade firecrackers so they didn't have the label that says light fuse and get away.
I just spent close to $1000 on parts for the last bike but at least it didn't go bang and it was gone. On the bike before my Brother asked me if the chrome made the bike run better, I told him no but it made me feel better. Way better than spending it on fireworks.
It looks like you have a Marlin model 60 but looks like it has a shorter magazine. Last week I poked mine out the garage door and got me a big fat woodchuck. I don't have a garden so the rabbits and I are on friendly terms. So I never introduce then to Marlin.
I believe that's a Ruger rotary clip, that was one of my favourites and reliable, even better with a scope, when I watch your vids I sometimes get home sick for up north,

Mark, Lots of Pollen here ..... I've been sneezin' up a storm. I can deal with it ok except when I'm riding. I can feel it coming on so I just decelerate so I don't crash. Y'all got some good times gathering coming up with neighbors & your son. Two Pies., you make baking seem 'like a piece of cake'. 🤣🤣. Fireworks are illegal here in Massachusetts, so folks head for N.H. and get caught many times coming back over the line. We got rabbits here in the city too but the Hawks & Osprey are catching them along with squirrels & small pets. Nice flowers & veg garden. Good work. I had an adventure a few days ago. My biker neighbor broke down 10 miles out., called me, needed help. Hey we can't leave 'em out there. Lots of bikes passed & waved but did not stop. Hmmmmm. Except for one truck with two guys heading to a work site. They stopped, said they've got a trailer & willing to come back later to take the broken down 2003 Indian out of their way to his house. Amazing. Fortunately a real tow truck came by for the rescue, but those other guys were a sign that there's still other kind hearted folk out there not wanting us to fend for ourselves. Thanks again. .

Wascally Wabbits. Hardware cloth sounds like a good fix. Hearing that Buzz was coming back from the Philippines reminded me of back in the early 70's I was working in a factory in the mid-west, (the names will not be used to protect the guilty). T had made many friends with the fellow workers. One of which was a guy from the Philippines, and we used to hang out on breaks, lunch and after work. One day one of the local fellas came up to me and asked me if I was friends with the fore mentioned guy and I answered yes. Then he said, he is one of those Jalapenos isn't he? I had to wait a few moments to keep from laughing and answered yes. He was happy with that and walked awat and I waited until he was out of sight and busted out laughing.
